At Haven Post-Acute, we provide televisions in every room and telephones at every bedside so you can feel at home. Registered Nurses are on site 24 hours a day 7 days a week, to ensure your level of care is the highest we can offer.
In addition to nurses and staff who are always available to answer questions and lend a hand, we will also pair you with a coordinator, to help ease the transition for you and your family and provide a familiar smiling face.
